The fabrication process for stainless steel is time consuming and this might give you an idea of what is involved.
The stainless steel is precision laser cut to size and then mechanically engraved, this engraving process takes many hours as stainless steel is one of the hardest materials to cut or machine. As fas as we know, we are one of the last companies in the country still engraving stainless and other metals here in Ireland.
Once the metal is engraved to a satisfactory depth, the lettering and logos are infilled with outdoor durable paint, this is applied at least twice to provide a deep rich colour to the artwork.
The entire piece is then processed to harden the paint and finally cleaned and buffed to provide the final finish.
